Zeljko Lopicic-Lepierre, CEO / founder

He is a well known name in the radio industry - built on more than 20 years of experience. He holds all the strong relationships between producers, artists, radio networks and the music industry in the US and Europe. Prior to founding speew, Zeljko was a founding member of Benztown Branding Llc. in Los Angeles, a platform for trading digital sound images. Before that Zeljko worked for every success-ful AC & Hot AC Radio brand in Germany, being responsible for building up the On Air Promotion and Sounddesign unit of SWR 3 radio, Germany‘s Pop station No.1. He‘s been chief producer for RTL, WDR, 1Live and Antenne Bayern & Bayern 3. He has produced more than 350 major promotion campaigns. His scores, jingles and sound designs are running on TV stations and movie theatres across the globe. He is district manager of the „Composers Club“ and also runs his own music publishing group Superlala & Stars Ahoy, Los Angeles.
Ingo Weber, CFO / business partner
is a Stuttgart Business Angel investing in start-ups in the internet, media and software industry. Besides providing capital he especially supports his investments with his strong finance background and network. Ingo is a former senior auditor at Arthur Andersen. Together with other colleagues, he founded the FAS AG - a finance consul-ting company - in 2000 and a training company. For FAS AG he organized a business angel financing in 2001 and later on successfully sold the training company to a listed company in 2005. Currently he is still the CEO of FAS AG. Ingo has also invested in Niama (film production) and FAS Lease AG (lease accounting software) as well as various other ups via Active Management Fund (other shareholders e.g.: Stefan Roever and Michael Janssen, both formerly Brokat). Ingo is member of the Business Angels Region Stuttgart (BARS) & Financial Expert Association.
Holger Eckstein, share holder / managing partner
is a known name in the fashion and advertising world. He studied visual communi-cations, photography and film in Germany before moving to Milan where he shot for fashion magazines and campaigns for fashion clients. His talent to transform situations in front of the camera in a lively and crea-tive way, granted him lots international advertising cam-paigns. His client list includes L’Oreal, Laura Biagiotti, Anne Klein, Avon, Moet Chandon, Porsche, Chrysler, Cinzano, Mercedes, Elle, Amica, Cosmopolitan, Hugo Boss and lots more. Famous models and celebrities e.g. Carla Bruni, Ines Sastre, Christy Turlington, Karolina Kurkova, Charlize Theron, enjoyed shooting with him. Since 12 years, New York City is Holger´s home base. Besides commercial photo-graphy, he is also following his passion in Fine Art. His work can be seen in galleries and exhibits. More and more, Holger is also integrating video clip production into his photo shoots for clients.
Dieter Rothacker, CTO
In 2009 he was awarded the title „Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering“ and in 2011 the title “Certified Professional for Software Architecture”. In 2000 he finished his computing science studies in Munich. Straight after that he worked as a system-administrator for the German Army in Cologne. Later he moved on to AGI Ltd. In Stuttgart in the same function, extended by his activity in software-development.
In 2003 he took on the system administration and the management of the software-development at the agency Advertising World in Ludwigsburg. In 2007 he started to work for the company dmc digital media center Ltd. in Stuttgart as a PHP software-engineer. Up to today he is working for dmc as an IT consultant.
Due to numerous advanced training and education courses he keeps his technical know-how up-to-date.
Andrey Kinakh, software development
Well-known companies like TLA Media and StudiVZ are among his clients. Andrey studied at the Kharkov National University of Radio and Electronics Informatik from 1998 to 2003 and has been a Certified Engineer since 2006. Andrey is specialized for Microsoft Windows as well as Linux (Unix, Debian) and is well versed in the programming languages PHP, Java-script, Ajax, jQuery, ExtJS, CSS, HTML, AJAX and XML.
With his experience of over 8 years in application development and programming he has already coordinated several software-projects as the project manager. Among others he developed sharing- and billing-concepts, was responsible for the planning and production of software-architecture as well as for the planning of resources.
Felix Brucklachner, quality management
Our “man Friday”! Be it project-coordination or the answering of user-questions, Felix managed everything. He impresses everybody by his calmness and communication power and is thus an especially valuable member of the speew-family.
Felix has been responsible for the production of mixes for TV, radio and advertising as well as for the research concerning digital music at Global Flame Publishing in Stuttgart. After his training as a sound technician at the classical college of music in Stuttgart he worked as a producer for industry, especially in the field of film.
